Food-grade Aluminum
We care deeply about food safety. Zinc alloy can contain trace elements that may pose health risks if
mishandled, especially in prolonged food contact. That's a risk we're not willing to take.
Every material used in the KM50 is FDA- and LFGB-certified food-grade, and undergoes multiple rounds of
testing—from raw material to final production—to ensure it's safe, clean, and kitchen-ready.
