Kraftsman's Limited Product Warranty

At Kraftsman, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make. Our products are designed and produced to high standards, and we are committed to ensuring reliable performance and long-term durability.

Purchase Made on Kraftsman Website

If your Kraftsman product was purchased from the Kraftsman website, it's covered by a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. Should your product have a manufacturing defect or experiences a failure under normal household use within the warranty period, Kraftsman will, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide an identical or comparable replacement unit at no additional cost; and
  • Arrange the return of the original product.

The replacement unit will be covered for the remaining balance of the original one-year limited warranty period (the warranty does not restart).

This warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts or damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or commercial use.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service within the one-year warranty period, please contact: support@kraftsman.com

When submitting a warranty claim, please be prepared to provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • A complete shipping address (P.O. Box addresses are not accepted)

Purchase Made on Other Platforms

If your Kraftsman product was purchased through a third-party platform, warranty coverage may be governed by that platform's applicable policies.
